Refund Policy

We have a 1-year return policy, which means you have 1-year after receiving your item to request a return.


You can cancel your order before the product is shipped.

Your entire order amount will be refunded. You may contact our to cancel within 15 hours of placing the order and before dispatch as we normally dispatch within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified the same way you contacted us.
If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Shipped’, or if your order has a tracking number assigned, it won’t be possible to intercept the shipment and you will be requested to either Refuse the package or Return to Sender (RTS).


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1-Year Manufacture Warranty

MiniHearing hearing aids are factory warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the time you receive your order. If at our examination it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials, or workmanship we will repair or replace it for free.

This does not cover broken, lost, or water-damaged products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 3 days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal), within 7 days.

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item (not applied in case of defective or wrong products).
